How to manage the team

Earn points from real matches
Every goal, assist, clean sheet, and win earns points automatically. Scores update in real time.
• Card Deductions: -1 pt for Yellow Card, -3 pts for Red Card.
• Penalty Assist: If a player wins a penalty and the penalty is converted, the player who won the penalty will be awarded an assist (+6 pts), even if another player takes the penalty. If the penalty is missed, no assist is awarded, and the penalty taker receives the corresponding penalty miss deduction.
Points reset each scoring period.

Each player has a unique token with a real-time market price. If a player performs well in real matches, their token value and points increase, allowing you to climb the leaderboard or sell them for a profit.
Your score is the sum of points earned by your active 11 players in real matches during a scoring period. Captains receive a 2x multiplier, and you can boost points further by locking player tokens.
Every point earned on the pitch flows directly back into the ecosystem. Buybacks are distributed across three pools: Ecosystem Growth (40%), $FCM Buybacks (20%), and Real-time Player Buyback pool (40%).
